Payment
Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard only as our preferred payment method.
Visa and Mastercard payments are processed by Paypal - you don't have to sign up to Paypal to use your credit card!
Shipping information
Most items are posted folded into a standard DL sized envelope. Where possible
we fold your decal where it won't show (ie where there's a gap in the vinyl).
If there is a fold in the vinyl, simply let the decal sit flat on a table for a day until the fold evens
out - you may also want to use a hairdryer on low heat when applying to decal and simply
smoothing out any creases. For larger items such as full body graphics and stripes, there
are sent in a cardboard tube; not folded.
You should also received 3 emails during your order process.
PENDING means your order has been received by our ordering system. You should receive this notice within 15 minutes of placing your order.
PROCESSING means your order has been queued for manufacture in our outlet - usually takes 0-3 working days.
POSTED means your order has been placed in the postal queue for processing by our post office.
Important Note: Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be received after you have received a "POSTED" update via email.
We cannot provide you tracking detail or estimated arrival times. If you have an urgent order, you should place
your order 2 weeks prior to your required date. All orders are posted from our Melbourne, Australia
manufacturing outlet. Usually, orders to North America (United States and Canada) are received around 7 working days (not including weekend) from
date of postage. All international orders (outside Australia) are posted via International Air Mail.
Return & Exchange Policy
All products purchased are custom manufactured to YOUR specific
order and are not returnable or exchangeable. All customers placing
an order should take special care to order carefully and completely,
and verify the information on their order before completing the
order! Check the shopping cart carefully!

to the information supplied by the customer. JDMSTYLEDECALS.COM is
not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the
customer during the ordering process.
Shipping Issues & Risk of Loss
There is NO PICKUP on any orders, mail-order only. That's how we keep prices low!
All items purchased from JDMSTYLEDECALS.COM are made pursuant
to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title
for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
JDMSTYLEDECALS.COM is not responsible for any
delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international
customs issues. By ordering from JDMSTYLEDECALS.COM, you the
customer understand and agree JDMSTYLEDECALS.COM is not to be
held responsible for shipping delays or loss. Once JDMSTYLEDECALS.COM has shipped any
order out, JDMSTYLEDECALS.COM accepts no responsibility for
any issues beyond shipping departure.
